Assisting Client during the market visit to China. Aiding Clients’ negotiations and translation with Vendors/Manufacturers. Co-ordination and follow-up with Vendors/Manufacturer after product purchases.

Container Planning

Consolidation of materials, planning for export on basis of weight and cubic meter of the products ordered and accordingly arrange for containers to optimize shipping costs.

Trip Co-ordination

Coordination for client’s visa and travel arrangements.

Quality Check

A thorough inspection, quality check of made-to-order material during production, after production and before shipment depending upon project requirements, executed under the guidance of an experienced ThakralBUILD team member.

Loading of Materials

Container-wise planning and management for loading of materials in the assigned containers.

Shipping

Execute logistical requirement from China to destination by identifying, negotiating and finalizing the best shipping line on behalf of our Client, along with thorough systematic export documentations like BL, CO, Insurance, CI, PL, fumigation, BV inspection, SGS inspection as and when required on cost as per actuals.
